Weidian (微店) is a Chinese marketplace where independent sellers list directly — it's the source most rep "spreadsheets" actually point at. Weidian sellers don't ship internationally or take foreign cards themselves, so to buy you use a shopping agent: it purchases the item into a China warehouse on your behalf, sends quality-check photos, consolidates your orders and ships them worldwide.
