According to Similarweb, it draws around 727,000 monthly visits, led by the United States (about 21%) and the United Kingdom (about 18%), with Australia, Canada and Belgium rounding out its top five — a primarily English-speaking base. Its engagement metrics are excellent: a bounce rate of about 21%, the lowest of any agent we've measured, and over 9 pages per visit. Reddit is its main social channel, and its community runs a popular spreadsheet hub at sugargoo-sheets.com.
Sugargoo's appeal is logistics breadth and a buyer-friendly cost structure. It advertises 2,000+ shipping lines — far more than the 100–150 typical of rivals — and offers 100 days of free storage, the longest among major T1 agents, plus 5–7 free QC photos (among the most of any agent). It doesn't charge a separate agent service fee; your total is the product cost, domestic shipping and international shipping. Notably, its displayed exchange rate runs essentially at the mid-market rate (about -0.1%), so there's effectively no FX markup — unusual in a category where most agents add 8–17%.
Sugargoo supports Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Weidian and Goofish (Xianyu), with DIY orders for anything else and a forwarding mode for parcels you’ve already bought. It’s also the only agent with a dedicated second-hand marketplace — SUGARFLEA — where users resell unwanted finds. Its affiliate program tops out at 9%, the highest commission rate in the category. Step 3 — QC and storage. Goods arrive at Sugargoo’s Huizhou inspection warehouse for QC, with 5–7 free photos (5 product + 2 parcel) and 100 days of free storage — the longest among major T1 agents. There are no hidden charges for packaging, vacuum sealing or removing original packaging; a flat ¥8 packaging fee applies per parcel.
Step 4 — Consolidate and ship out. Consolidate items and choose from 2,000+ shipping lines — the widest selection of any agent. Sample rates include Royal Mail (about $1.08 per 100g, ~11 days) and an EU IOSS tax-free line (about $5.77 per 500g, ~12 days).
