Please read these Terms before using RepsRadar ("the Site"). By browsing, registering, or clicking outbound links you agree to them.

1. What the Site is

RepsRadar is an information platform. We aggregate publicly visible product listings from Weidian and provide outbound links to third-party 代购 (reverse purchasing) services. We do not:

• Sell products directly.
• Process payments or store payment data.
• Ship, warehouse, or handle merchandise.
• Operate the 代购 platforms we link to.
• Issue invoices or refunds.

2. No authenticity guarantee

Listings on the Site reference items sold by third parties on Weidian. We do not represent that any item is authentic, authorized by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any brand owner. Where brand names appear, they are used in a nominative-fair-use sense to identify the style of the item only. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. 3. Outbound 代购 services

When you click a buy button you leave the Site and enter into a separate transaction with a 代购 operator (KakoBuy, Superbuy, Sugargoo, etc.). Their terms, fees, FX rates, shipping, returns, and dispute processes apply. We are not party to that transaction and cannot mediate it.

4. Accounts

• You must be 16 or older to register.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password secret.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Site (spam, scraping at scale, automated abuse, attempting to break security).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or copy the Site at a rate that materially burdens our servers, or republish curated lists wholesale.
• Probe, attack, or attempt to bypass security mechanisms.
• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise violates these terms.
• Use the Site to facilitate transactions in goods that are illegal where you reside (firearms, controlled substances, etc.).

6. User content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and moderate that content for the operation of the Site. You retain ownership.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Prices, stock, images, and descriptions are sourced automatically and may be out of date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with the Site is limited to USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of registration (the specific governing-law jurisdiction will be published once corporate registration is finalized — currently EU defaulting to the operator's residence). Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Consumers in the EEA retain mandatory rights under their local law.
