TigBuy is a Chinese shopping agent that helps overseas shoppers buy from Taobao, 1688, Weidian and other Chinese stores. You paste a product link, TigBuy buys it into its Hangzhou warehouse, and consolidates your items into one international parcel — so a single TigBuy spreadsheet routes Weidian, Taobao and 1688 links into one checkout. It also offers a free Ship-For-Me forwarding service for items you order yourself.
TigBuy uses a traditional fee model rather than the zero-fee approach: it charges a 10% service fee on the item price plus domestic shipping (dropping to 8%, 7% or 6% for Gold, Platinum and Diamond VIP tiers). In return its exchange rate is fairly honest — about 4% over mid-market (a ¥283 item shows as about $43.5 when the mid-market value is around $41.8) — and PayPal adds a 3% surcharge if you pay that way. So compare the all-in total: a visible 10% fee with a near-honest rate can still beat a zero-fee agent that takes 12–14% on the FX.
Purchased items get 90 days of free storage, extendable before expiry. International shipping runs through DHL (2–7 working days), EMS (5–15 days), China Post air (10–20 days, for Russia, Ukraine and Belarus) and sea freight; a 1 kg parcel to the United States runs about $28.46 via USPS (7–21 days). TigBuy reports only about 0.5% of its parcels are ever taxed, so customs usually clears smoothly. Payment is by PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, plus a 3% fee) or international card.
TigBuy is a real, operating shopping agent — not a scam clone. Check the specifics below before your first order.
We don't take payment to rank agents. This verdict is from public data and our own ordering — not a sponsorship.
Step 1 — Pick a TigBuy spreadsheet. Browse a community TigBuy spreadsheet and click any row to open the TigBuy product page (Weidian links use the item-micro format). Taobao, 1688 and Weidian all work; purchases land in its Hangzhou warehouse.
Step 2 — Order and pay. Submit your order and pay the item cost plus the 10% service fee (8%, 7% or 6% on Gold, Platinum and Diamond VIP). The exchange rate is near honest at about 4% over mid-market, but add a 3% PayPal surcharge if you pay by PayPal — so weigh the all-in total against zero-fee agents.
Step 3 — Storage and shipment. Items are stored free for 90 days, extendable before they expire; submit a shipment after they arrive at the Hangzhou warehouse. Pay international shipping and any remaining service fee when your goods are in.
Step 4 — Ship out. Choose from DHL (2–7 days), EMS (5–15 days), China Post air (10–20 days) or sea freight — a 1 kg parcel to the US runs about $28.46 via USPS (7–21 days). TigBuy reports only about 0.5% of parcels are taxed, though parcels over 10 kg or with 5+ identical items can draw customs attention.
