GTBuy is a cross-border shopping agent that helps overseas shoppers buy from Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian. You paste a product link, GTBuy buys it into its China warehouse, and consolidates your items into one international parcel — so a single GTBuy spreadsheet routes Weidian, Taobao and 1688 links into one checkout. It also runs an in-house mall and a points programme.
GTBuy charges no agent fee on standard platforms (Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian): your item cost is the price plus domestic shipping to its warehouse, and international shipping bundles a ¥10–30 customs declaration and an ¥8 warehouse-handling fee. Its margin comes mainly from the exchange rate, which runs about 12% over mid-market (a ¥89 item shows as about $14.7 when the mid-market value is closer to $13.2), so compare the all-in total. Special platforms such as Xianyu carry a ¥10-per-order fee, currently waived.
Purchased items get 90 days of free storage from the stocked date, with no paid extension — items left past 90 days without a shipping order are treated as abandoned. International shipping covers USPS and UPS lines with coupon discounts; a 1 kg parcel to the United States runs about $52.21 after coupon on the cheapest USPS line (8–12 business days, tax-free commercial clearance). GTBuy stands out on payments for European buyers: alongside Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, PayPal, Apple Pay and Skrill, it accepts iDEAL, BLIK, EPS and Bancontact.
GTBuy is a real, operating shopping agent — not a scam clone. Check the specifics below before your first order.
Watch-outs
We don't take payment to rank agents. This verdict is from public data and our own ordering — not a sponsorship.
Step 1 — Pick a GTBuy spreadsheet. Browse a community GTBuy spreadsheet and click any row to open the GTBuy product page (its Weidian links use the weidian channel). Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian all work.
Step 2 — Order and pay. Pay with cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover/Diners), PayPal, Apple Pay or Skrill, or European local methods iDEAL, BLIK, EPS and Bancontact. GTBuy charges no agent fee on standard platforms, but factor in the roughly 12% exchange-rate markup when comparing totals.
Step 3 — QC and storage. GTBuy runs a standard inspection of condition and accessories at inbound; note that electronics, replicas and sealed collectibles are checked externally only, not opened or powered on. Storage is free for 90 days from the stocked date with no paid extension, so submit a shipping order in time.
Step 4 — Ship out. Use the estimator to choose a line — USPS and UPS options to the US run about $52.21 after coupon on the cheapest USPS line (8–12 business days, tax-free commercial clearance). International shipping bundles a ¥10–30 customs declaration and an ¥8 warehouse-handling fee.
