⚠️ Heads up
DgoBuy marks up the seller's price before converting. In June 2026 we matched three Weidian items to their DgoBuy listings: a ¥580 item showed as ¥627.9, a ¥154 item as ¥167.82, and a ¥285.6 item as ¥309.948 — DgoBuy quietly inflates the original CNY price by about 8–9%.
The displayed exchange rate is a decoy. DgoBuy converts that already-inflated price at roughly 6.45 CNY/USD, which looks competitive (~5% over mid-market). Because the CNY figure is padded first, the real all-in markup is about +14% versus the genuine Weidian price — among the most expensive agents once you account for it.
Protect yourself: judge DgoBuy by the original seller price, not the rate it shows. Before ordering, compare the final USD against the same item on Weidian or Taobao directly.

DgoBuy is a newer Chinese buying agent (launched in late 2024) running the standard reverse-haitao flow: paste a product link, DgoBuy purchases it for you, consolidates everything at its China warehouse, inspects it and ships worldwide. Its source coverage leans into Taobao, Pinduoduo and JD.com — a different mix from the Weidian-first agents most spreadsheets are built around — and the homepage also offers image search to find identical items from a photo. The interface runs in English and Chinese, backed by a multi-lingual support team plus an AI assistant, and its audience is heavily US-based, with the United States accounting for roughly 85% of traffic and the UK most of the rest.
On cost, DgoBuy does not publish a separate service-fee schedule; what you pay is the product cost plus domestic and international freight, with your top-up method deciding the overhead. Balance top-ups via Alipay or WeChat Pay are fee-free and usually clear within 1–60 minutes, while PayPal and international cards carry the processor's 4.4% + $0.30 charge, and bank transfers convert to RMB at DgoBuy's unified exchange rate. DgoBuy itself recommends paying from balance to reduce exchange losses. The real cost, though, is hidden in the price itself: in June 2026 checks DgoBuy displayed a higher CNY figure than the seller's own listing (a ¥580 Weidian item showed as ¥627.9, about +8%) before converting at roughly 6.45 CNY/USD — so the all-in markup works out to about +14% versus the original price. Judge DgoBuy by the seller's CNY price, not the rate it shows.
Warehouse QC is appearance-level: style, quantity, colour, size and outer-packaging damage are checked, every parcel is screened for restricted goods, and original courier boxes are removed with items repacked into self-sealing bags (fragile or oversized goods excepted). Sealed and electronic products are only checked externally — authenticity and internal function are explicitly out of scope. International freight is billed on the greater of actual versus volumetric weight, with a public freight estimator, an insurance-claims channel and a return service rounding out the after-sales side.
DgoBuy is operational, but we flag it: verify your order and keep records before you buy through it.
Watch-outs
We don't take payment to rank agents. This verdict is from public data and our own ordering — not a sponsorship.
Step 1 — Pick a DgoBuy spreadsheet. Open any DgoBuy spreadsheet and click a row — product links route through DgoBuy's product page (/goods/detail). Taobao, Pinduoduo and JD.com links all work via the homepage search bar, and you can also upload a photo to find identical items if a link is dead.
Step 2 — Top up and order. The cheapest route is topping up your balance with Alipay or WeChat Pay (no fee, 1–60 minutes); PayPal and international cards work too but carry a 4.4% + $0.30 processor charge. DgoBuy recommends balance payment to cut exchange losses. There is no separate published service fee — your total is product cost plus freight.
Step 3 — QC and repack. On arrival your items are checked for style, quantity, colour, size and outer-packaging damage, then repacked into self-sealing bags (original boxes removed unless fragile or oversized). Sealed and electronic goods are only inspected externally, so note any angles or details you want photographed in the order remarks.
Step 4 — Consolidate and ship. Submit your warehouse items as one parcel and pick a line via the freight estimator — billing uses the greater of actual versus volumetric weight, and lines differ by destination and door-to-door versus pickup. Check the shipping-restrictions page before adding sensitive items, and use the insurance-claims channel if a parcel arrives damaged.
