This is the beginner's version of the Superbuy workflow.

When Superbuy is the right pick

• You're ordering 5+ items spread across weeks or months

For single-item orders, Kakobuy is simpler. For FX-sensitive power users, CSSBuy is cheaper.

Finding items

Superbuy's item-input accepts:

Superbuy's spread across Weidian + Taobao is the widest of any T1 agent — if an item exists on either marketplace, Superbuy can source it.

Item purchase

Same per-item flow as Kakobuy, with one Superbuy-specific option:

"Record to parcel" — assigns the item to a logical parcel group on submit. If you know this 20-item order will ship together, create a parcel group first and tag each item to it as you buy. This speeds up the consolidation submit step later.

Warehouse tools (where Superbuy shines)

Once items arrive and pass QC, they enter your warehouse dashboard. This is where the magic happens.

Repack options

• Remove outer box: discard the Weidian seller's cardboard shipping box, keep the product itself
• Remove inner packaging: discard foam, plastic bags, price tags
• Flatten shoe boxes: for sneakers, flatten the shoe box to reduce volumetric weight (saves 15-25% on shipping)
• Combine similar items: stack 4 hoodies into a single compressed pack

Each repack option has a small fee (5-15 CNY each) and noticeably reduces the dimensional-weight shipping charge.

Storage

First 180 days: free. After that: 0.2 CNY/day/kg.

Default 5 photos per item at QC. Extra requests: 10 CNY per set of 3 additional photos. Videos on request: 30 CNY per item.

Submit for shipping

When your parcel is ready:

1. Go to "Warehouse" → "Submit package"
2. Select items (or select a pre-tagged parcel group)
3. Choose line-haul
4. Pick insurance (optional; recommended for packages >$500)
5. Pay

Line-haul options

Superbuy has the broadest line-haul catalog of any T1. Worth knowing:

• DHL Express: 7-10 days, premium
• YunExpress US: 10-14 days, mid-tier
• UPS Ground: 8-12 days US/CA, reliable
• 4PX E-EU: 10-14 days EU
• EMS: 14-21 days worldwide, budget
• SEA Express (sea-air): 25-35 days, cheapest for >5kg parcels

For a multi-item consolidated parcel to the US, DHL Express is the default. For UK/EU, 4PX E-EU or DHL DDP.

Dispute flow on Superbuy

Superbuy's dispute escalation takes 5-10 business days typically (slower than Kakobuy's 3-5). The outcome rate is comparable; the waiting period is longer. For high-value orders, Kakobuy is the safer pick.
